A key point of difference between Incentivated and the competition is that Incentivated offers the full range of Mobile Data technologies, in multiple countries, across a secure and robust infrastructure; if it can be done, we can deliver it.

Incentivated can deliver messages into 206 countries. Wherever a network uses GSM, it will be possible to not only deliver SMS traffic to that subscriber, but also take their inbound traffic via at least a UK longcode.

Since 2001 Incentivated has been developing and hosting many applications involving one-way and interactive communication with mobile phones using text messaging. We have a vast library of functionality such that nearly all variations of user experience can be catered for in a timely fashion. This obviously increases over time as and when either we or other clients demand new capabilities.

Incentivated will provide the Client of choice of 4 Service Level Agreements (SLAs) when applications are hosted on our infrastructure. 'SLA 1' is offered as standard to all clients and includes telephone and email support from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Any application is also guaranteed to be usable for at least 99.0% of the time.
